Mission Olympics - Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Mission Olympics, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.

2. Membership Eligibility

Participants must meet the age and ability requirements as set forth by the Academy. Parental consent is required for participants under 18.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full before participation. Membership fees are non-refundable after the start of the term. The Academy reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other members. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must provide a signed health declaration to confirm their fitness for participation. The Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions or events.

6. Termination of Membership

The Academy reserves the right to terminate any membership for breach of these Terms and Conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate.

7. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge the risks associated with sports activities and agree to waive any claims against the Mission Olympics for injuries or damages incurred during participation.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, available upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
