At Mission Olympics Sports Academy, we believe in transparent and secure payment processes to ensure a smooth experience for all our members. Please read the following details carefully regarding fee structures, accepted payment methods, and related policies.

1. Fee Structure

Our membership and training fees are structured according to the program type, duration, and training level. Detailed fee information is provided at the time of enrollment. The Academy reserves the right to revise fees periodically, with prior notice to all members.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for the convenience of our members:

• Online Payments: Through our secure payment gateway (Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking).
• Cash Payments: Accepted at the Academy’s front office during working hours.
• Bank Transfer: Direct deposit or NEFT/IMPS transfer to the Academy’s official account (details provided upon request).

3. Payment Deadlines

All membership fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the selected training term. Late payments may attract a nominal administrative fee or result in temporary suspension of participation privileges.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Fees are non-refundable once the training program has started.
• Refund requests made before the start date may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative deductions.
• In case of injury, illness, or relocation, participants may request a partial credit toward a future session, subject to approval by the management.

5. Security of Transactions

All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway to ensure maximum data protection. The Academy does not store or have access to full credit card or UPI details used during transactions.

6. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, members will receive a digital receipt via email or SMS confirmation. Please retain this for your records. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact the Academy office immediately.
