All program and membership fees are non-refundable once the training term has commenced. The Academy invests significant resources in planning, facilities, and coaching staff to ensure a consistent training experience for all participants.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:

• Medical Reasons: If the participant is unable to continue due to a verified medical condition, injury, or illness, supported by valid medical documentation.
• Relocation: If the participant permanently relocates to a different city or country, making continued participation impractical.
• Program Cancellation: If the Academy cancels a program, session, or event for which the participant has already paid and no suitable alternative is offered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to attend classes or sessions without prior notice.
• Voluntary withdrawal from the program after it has started.
• Disciplinary removal due to violation of Academy rules or code of conduct.
• Non-utilization of offered training sessions within the program period.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written request to the Academy’s Finance Department within 7 days of the qualifying event (e.g., illness, relocation, or program cancellation).
• Include supporting documents such as medical certificates, transfer letters, or other relevant evidence.
• Once received, the request will be reviewed and processed within 15–20 business days.

5. Administrative Deductions

All approved refunds may be subject to a nominal administrative or processing fee to cover transaction and service costs. The deducted amount will depend on the payment method and refund reason.

6. Refund for Online Payments

For payments made through our online gateway, please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
